Shantai Industries scheduled its 41st annual general meeting for September 29, 2026, through video conferencing, with shareholders due to consider the audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2026. The agenda proposed appointing Jinesh Pandav, Dishant Pandav and Nikunj Prajapati as executive directors and Keyur Kaklotar as an independent director, each for five years from August 10, 2026. It also sought approval to rename the company Radhe Dhokla Retail Limited and replace its textile-focused objects with food and beverage, hospitality, renewable-energy and solar-equipment activities. Shareholders were also asked to approve borrowing up to ₹100 crore, Section 185 loans and guarantees up to ₹100 crore, Section 186 transactions up to ₹300 crore, and ratify a related-party lease involving a ₹5.5 crore deposit and ₹10 lakh monthly rent.

Other income was ₹1.934 lakh.
