Raghav Productivity Enhancers presented a joint venture with TRL Krosaki Refractories to establish a 350,000-tonne-per-year silica ramming mass plant in Odisha, with an initial outlay of about ₹100 crore to be funded by debt and equity. RPEL will own 80% of the venture and TRLK 20%, while TRLK will supply quartzite under a long-term arrangement and RPEL will provide patented processing technology and receive a royalty. The venture combined an eastern location with secured access to quartzite and proximity to India's largest induction-furnace demand cluster. RPEL had group capacity of 534,000 MTPA and turnover of about ₹257 crore in FY26. TRL Krosaki had FY26 turnover of about ₹2,880 crore and was a subsidiary of Japan's Krosaki Harima Corporation and a step-down subsidiary of Nippon Steel Corporation.
