Pumarth Infrastructure Private Limited, Premier Capital Services' promoter, sold its entire 33.16% holding, or 1,22,89,780 shares, to Hitesh Kothari, Hitesh Kothari HUF and Hargo Enterprise Private Limited in an off-market transfer completed on September 11 under a February 2025 share purchase agreement. The three acquirers received 5%, 9% and 19.16%, respectively, while Pumarth's holding fell to nil.
