Pajson Agro India reported estimated revenue of ₹67.94 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, a 51% increase from ₹45.03 crore a year earlier. The company also announced it had issued purchase orders worth ₹45 crore for its new processing facility and strengthened its leadership with the appointment of Vietnamese cashew industry expert Vu Thai Son as strategic advisor. The management said the greenfield expansion project continued to progress as planned during the quarter.

Pajson Agro India's board has approved availing credit facilities of up to Rs 30 crore from HSBC Banking Corporation Limited, with the facility including a Rs 20 crore letter of credit for working capital requirements. The company will offer HSBC a pari‑passu charge on its fixed assets, receivables, and inventories alongside Kotak Mahindra Bank, from whom it had previously availed a Rs 27.5 crore facility. Pajson operates a cashew processing plant in Andhra Pradesh and is in the midst of a capacity expansion programme.

Pajson Agro India has secured a ₹27.5 crore enhancement to its credit facility from Kotak Mahindra Bank, comprising a ₹7.5 crore increase in working capital demand loan and letter of credit limits and a fresh ₹20 crore term loan. The term loan carries an 84-month tenor and is secured by a first charge on the company's current assets and movable fixed assets. The company, which operates a cashew processing plant in Andhra Pradesh, is in the midst of expanding capacity to 55,000 tonnes. The enhanced credit line is expected to support increased raw material procurement and fund capital expenditure for the new facility, which management had previously guided would commence commercial production in the fourth quarter of FY27.
