Organic Recycling Systems' board of directors approved the issuance of bonus shares in a 1:2 ratio at its meeting on July 6. The company plans to issue one new fully paid-up equity share for every two existing shares, resulting in the creation of approximately 51.99 lakh new shares worth Rs 5.20 crore at face value. The bonus will be capitalized from the share premium and capital redemption reserve accounts, which held an aggregate of Rs 151.95 crore as of March 31, 2026. The proposal remains subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, with a record date to be announced later. Post-issue, the paid-up equity share capital will increase from Rs 10.40 crore to Rs 15.60 crore, and the new shares are expected to be credited to shareholders' demat accounts by September 3, 2026.
