Onix Renewable Limited, the promoter of Onix Solar Energy, acquired 10.83 lakh shares, representing 2.9375% of the company, through open-market transactions on 25 August 2026. Separate 2026 disclosures showed public shareholder Abhishek Kamdar and his HUF reducing their combined holding to 7.67%. Abhishek Ashvinbhai Kamdar and his HUF sold 11,64,179 shares of Onix Solar Energy between July 27 and August 20, reducing their combined holding by 3.16 percentage points through on- and off-market transactions. Their stake fell from 10.82% to 7.67%, with Kamdar holding 7.62% and the HUF 0.05%. Kamdar had sold 3.42% in early July and a further 2.99% later that month, after holding more than 17% following the rights issue. Onix Solar’s solar-module manufacturing business accounted for nearly all of its FY26 revenue; a 200 MW facility was operational and a 1,200 MW facility was under development.

Onix Solar Energy used the ₹60.17 crore raised through its May-June rights issue for the purposes set out in the offer document during the quarter ended June 30. It invested ₹58.60 crore in NOPL Pace Green Energy, spent ₹1 crore on general corporate purposes and ₹0.19 crore on issue expenses, while ₹0.37 crore was held in a Kotak rights-issue account. The investment in NOPL was marked completed, while general-corporate-purpose spending remained ongoing. Solar modules accounted for almost all of Onix Solar's FY26 revenue; its 200MW facility was operational and a 1,200MW facility was under development.
