Nanta Tech's board approved a proposal to issue up to 6.25 lakh convertible warrants at ₹385 each, for aggregate proceeds of ₹24.06 crore if fully subscribed. The warrants would convert into one equity share each, with 25% payable upfront and the remaining 75% due on conversion within 18 months of allotment. Three promoter allottees were allocated 6 lakh warrants, while a non-promoter was allocated 25,000. The board also approved raising authorised share capital from ₹5.5 crore to ₹7 crore and amending the articles to permit further securities issues. The proposal required shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 10 October 2026. Nanta Tech reported FY26 revenue of ₹70.1 crore and PAT of ₹8.17 crore; debt stood at ₹4.29 crore at year-end.

Nanta Tech said its board would meet on 11 September to consider raising funds through a preferential issue or private placement of securities for cash or otherwise, including setting the issue price. The proposal would be subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder approval. The company raised ₹31.39 crore through its December 2025 IPO, with proceeds earmarked mainly for an Ahmedabad Experience Centre and working capital. It reported FY26 revenue of ₹70.1 crore, with robotics and AI accounting for about 36-37% of revenue.

Nanta Tech Limited announced it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Aimtron Technologies Private Limited, an electronics manufacturing services company, to jointly design, develop and contract manufacture robotic products under Nanta's Allbotix brand. The MoU, signed on 14 July 2026, envisages Aimtron manufacturing, assembling and testing robots to Nanta's specifications, while Nanta retains full ownership of all intellectual property. The companies expect indicative manufacturing orders of around ₹10 crore over a fifteen-month period, subject to individual purchase orders and a definitive Manufacturing & Supply Agreement. The collaboration is intended to create an asset-light, scalable manufacturing model for Nanta as it expands its service robotics business.

Nanta Tech Ltd. disclosed that Yash Hitesh Patel, along with persons acting in concert Yashvi Hitesh Patel and Bhavna Hitesh Patel, acquired 2,02,200 equity shares of the company through open market purchases on June 11, 2026. Following the transaction, the group's collective holding rose from 17.41% to 21.36% of the paid-up equity share capital. The shares were bought on the BSE platform and the acquisition is not part of any promoter group activity. The group now holds over one-fifth of the company's shares, crossing a significant ownership threshold.

Nanta Tech Ltd. said it signed a Letter of Intent with Connplex Cinemas to supply 100 Allbotix AT10 marketing and delivery robots under a Robot-as-a-Service model, with an indicative total contract value of ₹14.40 crore over three years. The Ahmedabad-based company will manufacture, deploy and operate the robots, retaining full ownership of hardware and software, while Connplex pays a monthly subscription fee of ₹40,000 per unit. Deployment is planned in 10 phases of 10 robots each, starting from June 2026, with the full run-rate reaching ₹40 lakh per month. The parties are expected to finalise a definitive Master Service Agreement and purchase orders before full commercialisation.
