Modulex Construction Technologies has converted 3.39 crore convertible warrants into equity shares at a price of ₹18 per share, raising ₹45.75 crore. The warrants were originally issued to 19 non-promoter investors in late 2024 and early 2025. The board approved the conversion upon receipt of the full 75% subscription amount on June 16, 2026. The allottees include individuals such as Ajay Shah, Manjiri Shah, Manoj Goyal, and others. The cash infusion is expected to fund the construction of the company's subsidiary's Phase I factory in Maharashtra. The conversion results in significant dilution for existing shareholders, increasing the total share count by roughly 30%. The company remains in a pre-revenue phase with ongoing losses but now has a strengthened balance sheet.
