M.K. Exim's board approved the convening of its 34th annual general meeting on 25 September 2026 and fixed 18 September as the cut-off and record date for the FY26 dividend. It approved increases in annual remuneration to up to ₹60 lakh for whole-time director Lajwanti Murlidhar Dialani and ₹84 lakh for managing director Manish Murlidhar Dialani. The board recommended shareholder approval for the continuation of Murli Wadhumal Dialani as whole-time director after he reaches age 70 and the reappointment of Gaurav L Patodia as an independent director. It considered buying a property at Plot J-1247 in Sitapura and selling its registered-office property, and approved investments of up to ₹5 crore in securities of other companies. It also recommended shareholder approval for related-party transactions involving Manish Overseas, Laaj International, Lewanna and Kolba Farm Fab. FY26 revenue was ₹100.22 crore, of which cosmetics contributed ₹84.22 crore, while closing cash was ₹1.53 crore.
