Mizzen Ventures Ltd's Preferential Issue Committee has approved a ₹10 crore capital raise through the issuance of up to 8,00,000 equity shares at ₹125 each. The shares will be allotted on a preferential basis to 24 non-promoter investors, including Mala Vijaykumar Doshi, Neha Nishit Goradia, and Amit Balkrishna Arole. The committee also approved increasing the company's authorised share capital from ₹22.10 crore to ₹22.80 crore to accommodate the new shares. The company will seek shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for July 15, 2026, via video conferencing. The allotment is also subject to clearance from BSE Limited.
