The action was based on best available information after repeated requests for a no-default statement and review data, including an email on 16 September 2026, went unanswered. CRISIL had reaffirmed its BB with stable outlook on Rs11.1 crore and Rs10 crore of the company's debentures on 6 April 2026. The company reported total income of Rs162.15 crore in FY26, led by farm sales of Rs117.86 crore, and carried trade receivables of Rs48.61 crore and inventories of Rs44.65 crore at March 2026. Its finance leadership changed on 25 September 2026 when Lalbert Cherian resigned as chief financial officer and Akhil Haridas was appointed the same day.
