JTL Defence's board approved a rights issue of fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 to raise up to ₹24.60 crore from eligible public-category shareholders to achieve minimum public shareholding. The price, entitlement ratio, record date and payment terms were delegated to a three-member Rights Issue Committee chaired by Pranav Singla and were to be set out in the letter of offer. The board recorded the cessation of Company Secretary Ankit Singla and Chief Financial Officer Naveen Kumar Laroiya with effect from the close of business on 13 October 2026 and appointed Devangna Jain as Company Secretary and Saurabh Jain as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. JTL Industries held 95% of the company with 1,00,00,000 shares while the public held 5,26,315 shares, and paid-up capital stood at ₹10.53 crore. The rights proposal followed a broader enabling approval in June for an equity raise of up to ₹100 crore through various modes. Revenue for the year to March was ₹19.29 crore, largely from brass strips and foils made at the Baddi plant in Himachal Pradesh, and total volumes reached an all-time high of 356 tonnes in the September quarter.
