Integrated Proteins Ltd. announced on 29 June 2026 that Mr. Karanj Dharmeshbhai Doshi resigned as Managing Director, effective at the close of business that day. Mr. Doshi cited personal reasons and priorities in his resignation letter, tendered to the board on the same date. The company confirmed there are no other material reasons behind the departure. He also ceases to be a Key Managerial Person under the Companies Act.
