Sandeep Jain, Vikas Garg, and Rahul Nagar have agreed to acquire a 50.02 per cent stake in India Cements Capital Ltd from promoter Sri Saradha Logistics Private Limited for ₹13.03 crore, triggering a mandatory open offer to public shareholders, according to a public announcement made on Friday. The acquirers, acting in concert with existing shareholder Neha Agarwal who holds 18.43 per cent, will together control 68.45 per cent of the company upon completion. Paterson & Co has sold its entire 18.42 per cent stake in India Cements Capital Ltd, exiting the company completely after a series of recent offloading. The Chennai-based non-promoter entity held 40 lakh shares before the off-market transaction on 17 July 2026. The sale reduces its holding to nil, following earlier disposals in the preceding weeks that had brought the stake down from over 24 per cent.
