Haryana Financial Corporation’s board approved and recommended the voluntary delisting of its equity shares from BSE, subject to a special resolution by shareholders and in-principle approval from the exchange. It approved a registered valuer’s valuation of ₹9.55 per share based on the audited financial statements for the year ended March 2026, and cleared a postal-ballot notice after taking the due-diligence and share-capital audit reports on record. The State Government of Haryana and its promoter group held 20,63,38,200 shares, or 99.36% of HFC, and had proposed to acquire the 13,19,900 shares held by public shareholders. HFC’s total income was about ₹12.3 crore in FY26, with operating income accounting for ₹10.1 crore. It had not undertaken fresh lending since May 2010, while its latest quarter recorded no operating income and a net loss of ₹0.40 crore.
