Fratelli Vineyards said its board had approved on June 24 the subscription of 3.8 lakh equity shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary Fratelli Wines Private Limited at ₹198 each, aggregating ₹7.52 crore. The payment, to be made in cash by August 30, is intended to finance the subsidiary's working capital requirements. Fratelli Wines, the group's sole operating entity, manufactures and sells wines and alcoholic beverages and reported turnover of ₹181.2 crore for the year ended March 2026. The infusion comes after the parent company reported a near-total collapse in standalone revenue and a going-concern emphasis from its auditor, making this equity support a significant signal of the holding company's commitment to sustaining the business.
