Digilogic Systems' board approved its Board's Report and annexures for FY26 and scheduled the 15th annual general meeting for September 21, 2026, through video conference. It appointed D. Hanumanta Raju & Co as the meeting's scrutinizer and as secretarial auditor for FY27. It also approved, subject to members' approval, a general authority of up to ₹5 crore for loans, guarantees or security, alongside separate approvals for up to ₹5 crore each in support, security subscriptions and related-party transactions with Abhedhya Systems Private Limited. The board proposed variable remuneration from FY27 equal to 1.5% of net profit for Managing Director Madhusudhan Varma Jetty, 0.5% for Radhika Varma Jetty and 3% each for Jetty Shashank Varma and Hitesh Varma Jetty, subject to members' approval. Abhedhya was incorporated in May with Digilogic holding 80%, and the parent made an initial ₹4 lakh subscription for 40,000 shares in August.

Digilogic Systems received ₹3.91 crore of domestic purchase orders from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, and a public-sector undertaking for an advanced mobile communication-processing module, rocket-motor test-bed spares and an NIS system-level test setup. Delivery was due by March 2027. The award was equivalent to roughly 5% of FY26 total income of ₹78.27 crore and about 13% of the ₹31 crore order book reported at the end of May. Defence and aerospace accounted for about 99% of H1 FY26 revenue, while government-sector revenue represented a similar proportion.
