Digilogic Systems' board approved its Board's Report and annexures for FY26 and scheduled the 15th annual general meeting for September 21, 2026, through video conference. It appointed D. Hanumanta Raju & Co as the meeting's scrutinizer and as secretarial auditor for FY27. It also approved, subject to members' approval, a general authority of up to ₹5 crore for loans, guarantees or security, alongside separate approvals for up to ₹5 crore each in support, security subscriptions and related-party transactions with Abhedhya Systems Private Limited. The board proposed variable remuneration from FY27 equal to 1.5% of net profit for Managing Director Madhusudhan Varma Jetty, 0.5% for Radhika Varma Jetty and 3% each for Jetty Shashank Varma and Hitesh Varma Jetty, subject to members' approval. Abhedhya was incorporated in May with Digilogic holding 80%, and the parent made an initial ₹4 lakh subscription for 40,000 shares in August.

Digilogic Systems received ₹3.91 crore of domestic purchase orders from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, and a public-sector undertaking for an advanced mobile communication-processing module, rocket-motor test-bed spares and an NIS system-level test setup. Delivery was due by March 2027. The award was equivalent to roughly 5% of FY26 total income of ₹78.27 crore and about 13% of the ₹31 crore order book reported at the end of May. Defence and aerospace accounted for about 99% of H1 FY26 revenue, while government-sector revenue represented a similar proportion.

Digilogic Systems received a ₹4.88 crore purchase order from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for the supply, installation and commissioning of a Baseband Performance Monitoring and Verification System for an Integrated Onboard Article. The domestic order was scheduled for completion by April 2027 and included all applicable taxes.

Digilogic Systems disclosed on July 14 that it had won a ₹4.08 crore purchase order from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for the supply, installation and commissioning of a Satellite Front End Checkout and Monitoring Assembly. The system will be used for test and evaluation of spaceborne electric sub-systems. The domestic order, awarded in the ordinary course of business, must be delivered by March 2027. This contract follows a separate ₹1.60 crore defence order the company announced in June for a static test jig.

Digilogic Systems disclosed on June 24 that it had won a ₹1.60 crore purchase order from an unnamed Defence PSU for the supply, installation and commissioning of a static test jig for the AFCC-UHM system. The order, which is domestic and in the ordinary course of business, requires delivery to be completed by February 23, 2027. The company, which operates in defence electronics and test systems, added the contract to a growing order book that stood at around ₹31 crore as of May.
