Ceinsys Tech Ltd said it received a Letter of Intent on July 9 from the Directorate of Urban Administration and Development, Madhya Pradesh, for the selection and appointment of a manpower agency under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) – Beneficiary Led Construction vertical. The LOI is valued at ₹67.04 crore and covers a period of three years. The work is domestic in nature and involves supplying manpower for the implementation of the housing scheme across the state. The company stated that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and the transaction is not a related‑party deal. A definitive contract will be entered into after meeting the conditions set out in the LOI.
