Asian Tea & Exports approved Hariram Garg’s stepping down as managing director with effect from 28 September 2026 because of health-related issues, while he would continue as chairman and non-executive director subject to shareholder approval. Sunil Garg, Hariram Garg’s son and a non-executive director, was appointed managing director for five years from the same date, while CFO Rajesh Garg resigned effective 7 September and was replaced by Raunak Garg, a family member. The board also reappointed Akhil Kumar Manglik as an independent director for a further five-year term.
