Ansal Buildwell informed exchanges that the National Company Law Tribunal approved the resolution plan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ansal Crown Infrabuild, which has been under corporate insolvency since April 2023. The NCLT's New Delhi bench gave its nod on 2 July 2026 to the plan submitted by M/s Nanu Ram Goyal & Co., a real estate firm, for a total plan value of ₹321.33 crore. The approved plan extinguishes existing equity and provides for upfront capital infusion of ₹20 crore by the successful resolution applicant, with construction of the project to be completed in phases over 45 months. The plan received 98.52% approval from the committee of creditors. The parent company had previously disclosed a contingent exposure of about ₹58.9 crore to the subsidiary, and the resolution brings finality to that overhang. The tribunal directed the monitoring committee to be set up within seven days and the resolution professional to hand over all records to the new management.
