Aegis Vopak Terminals signed a framework agreement with promoter Aegis Logistics to construct a 51,998-metric-tonne refrigerated, full-containment propane tank and allied facilities at JNPA. The agreement provided for a ₹142.5 crore payment on execution, with a separate asset-transfer agreement to follow project completion. The related-party transaction was described as being conducted at arm’s length. The company’s JNPA phase 1 terminal was already operational, while FY26 revenue stood at ₹923 crore.

It will offer an annual coupon of 7.40% on this issue and had invited coupon and commitment bids for the issue on Friday, they said.
The bonds have a call option on at end of one year and two years, and if it is not exercised, the coupon would be reset.
The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.

June 2 (Reuters) - Dutch tank storage group Vopak VOPA.AS said on Monday its Indian joint venture, Aegis Vopak (AVTL), has successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO).
The transaction will result in an exceptional dilution gain of around 110 million euros ($125.1 million) to be recorded by Vopak in the second quarter, the group said.
