
ICICI Prudential AMC files DRHP for IPO
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The issue size could be ₹10,000 crores, in which 1.7 crore shares will be an Offer for Sale (OFS).
The AMC is a joint venture between ICICI Bank and Prudential plc, a financial services company that provides savings, health, and protection products throughout Asia and Africa. The company has over 1.48 crore investors and manages over 9.5 lakh crores in assets as of May 31, 2025.
The offering’s lead managers include Morgan Stanley India, Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, Citigroup Global Markets India are among the book running lead managers of the offering.
The DRHP, which was submitted on Tuesday, states that ICICI Prudential AMC’s FY25 profit increased by 29.3%.
