Fractal Analytics has submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to SEBI for its upcoming IPO, aiming to become India’s first listed AI company. The IPO aims to raise ₹4,900 crore, including a fresh issue of shares worth ₹1,279.3 crore and an offer for sale of ₹3,620.7 crore.

Fractal Analytics provides end-to-end AI solutions for data-driven insights and decision-making. The company serves Fortune 500 clients, including Microsoft, Apple, Nvidia, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, and Tesla, across multiple industries and business functions.
