Introducing updated technicals widget on Kite
We’ve updated the Technicals Widget on Kite to give you all the key market information in one place. Powered by Streak, the widget now provides a quick technical summary of stocks, futures, and options contracts, along with access to the market heatmap, top gainers and losers, scanners, and strategies.
Here’s what’s new:
Technical summary of stocks or F&O contracts
The Technicals page gives a quick summary of a stock’s technicals, based on various indicators and oscillators, along with the stock’s price trend across different timeframes.
You can also get a quick snapshot of any technical events based on the candlestick chart, such as insights into candlestick patterns like Doji, Spinning Top, Bullish or Bearish Engulfing, and more.
Market heatmap, top gainers, and losers
You can now check the market heatmap within the widget. This gives a quick overview of the contribution of each stock to the index and its performance for the day. It also helps you quickly assess which stocks are driving the index’s price movement.
You can also view stocks that are among the top gainers and top losers, as well as those with volume and range breakouts across the Nifty 500 universe.
Scanners and strategies
The Scanners section allows you to scan the market using predefined scanners and easily discover the stocks that meet these criteria.
Strategies gives you access to predefined strategies like RSI Reversal, Bullish Trend Momentum, and Breakout with Volume. And provides a review of their performance.

In console clicking’view break down’ you get purchase rates of shares at different dates. It is suggested to have selling rates of shares too. In view chart, unable to view the volume.

Currently all features of the kite are awesome. Kindly provide sorting stocks with LINE CHARTS IN WATCHLIST by daily (already available) weekly, monthly, yearly, all highest to lowest. So easily everyone can find out top gaining or loosing stock as per interval selected. Thank you.

Please add a Transaction table in Console which shows the recent trades without trade and order Id, just the symbol, buy or sell, price, qty in each row. Would be useful for traders to have a look at the recent trades easily

I would like to hide some stocks, which I want to keep it for long term, but whenever I saw my portfolio if it is green I use to sell, so why can’t you make a option to hide stocks( the hidden stocks shoul appear in console), I think you got my point.

The widget is nice. I have one additional suggestion that the heatmap is restricted to nifty 100 only. Is it possible to change the heatmap for fno stocks as per sectors?
Also please update the tiles of the heatmap of same shapes, as colors do the work of %change.

Why overview of stocks (1 day, 1 week) out from kite. I think your good team remove the easiest way and brought the things from difficult ways as could possible. Kite from earlier to now is more difficult. Chart not adjusted accurately as earlier. Once you start new chart system. I don’t understand and facing very hardness. Conclusion . Earlier kite version upto May Jun 2024 is excellent. Latest version is worst and take more time for adjustment. Any facilities to shift old version of kite
I intrested this futures. I expected for better understanding to trades.
Comman kite customer can’t use some of features because of lack of knowledge there must be some tutorials to help to how use all features and techniques of Zerodha app.

Please show total amount needed to execute GTT order in GTT edit page. Example- 100 Rs stock x 10 qty = 1000 Rs should show in GTT page. Angel One has this feature.

Is it possible to import the list of stocks generated by the scanners in Streak into the Kite Market Watch. It can help save time wasted in adding the stocks manually into kite market watch for further analysis and decision making.
