Eight IPOs live in the first week of September

Eight new live Initial Public Offerings (IPO) took place during the first week of September 2025, including seven SME issues and one main board. 

Amanta Healthcare raised Rs 126 crores through its mainboard IPO. The issue was subscribed 82.60 times overall. The pharmaceutical company, which manufactures sterile liquid products, received 23.35 times subscription in the retail category and 36.41 times from high net-worth individuals. Based in Gujarat with WHO-GMP certification, the company operates across 19 international markets and plans to use proceeds for expanding manufacturing capabilities.

Engineering and construction services provider Sugs Lloyd raised ₹85.66 crore and listed on BSE SME at ₹119.90 per share on September 5, trading at a 2.52% discount to its ₹117-123 price band. 

The packaging company, Vigor Plast India, launched a ₹25.10 crore IPO with a fresh issue of ₹20.24 crore and offer for sale of ₹4.86 crore. The subscription period was September 4-9, 2025.

Metal processing company Sharvaya Metals raised ₹58.80 crore through a ₹49 crore fresh issue and ₹9.80 crore offer for sale. The subscription ran from September 4-9, 2025.

Goel Construction raised ₹99.77 crore through ₹80.81 crore fresh issue and ₹18.96 crore offer for sale, with shares priced at ₹249-262. The funds will support expansion activities.

Other companies that launched IPOs during the week included Rachit Prints (₹19.49 crore), Austere Systems (₹15.57 crore), and Optivalue Tek Consulting (₹51.82 crore).
