MUMBAI, March 27 (Reuters) - Indiabulls Housing Finance INBF.NS has accepted bids worth $350 million for dollar-denominated social bonds maturing in three years and three months, two merchant bankers said on Wednesday.

The non-banking finance company will pay a coupon of 9.70% to investors, lower than the initial guidance of 9.95%, the bankers said.

Barclays, CLSA, Deutsche Bank, Elara Capital, Emirates NBD Capital, Nuvama and UBS are the joint bookrunners for the issue.

The bonds will be rated B by S&P and the proceeds will be used for activities such as onward lending, the bankers said.

MUMBAI, Sept 6 (Reuters) - Indiabulls Housing Finance plans to raise up to 2 billion rupees ($24.08 million) through a public issue of bonds, according to a draft shelf prospectus filed with the market regulator.

The issue will have a base size and a greenshoe option of 1 billion rupees each.

The housing finance company has roped in Nuvama Wealth Management, Elara Capital and Trust Investment Advisors as lead managers for the proposed issue.

The bonds are rated AA by CRISIL and ICRA.

Proceeds from the issue will be used for onward lending, financing, and for repayment of interest and principal of existing borrowings, according to the draft prospectus.

MUMBAI, April 5 (Reuters) - Indiabulls Commercial Credit plans to raise at least 1 billion rupees ($12.2 million) through a public issue of non-convertible debentures, according to a product note.

The issue opened for subscription on Monday and will close on April 19. The issue also has a greenshoe option to retain an oversubscription of up to 1 billion rupees.

The company is offering bonds maturing in 24 months, 36 months and 60 months at an annual coupon in the range of 9.60%-10.00% for institutional investors.

Edelweiss Financial Services, Elara Capital (India) and Trust Investment Advisors are the lead managers for the bond issue, rated AA by CRISIL and ICRA.
