Reports said Zepto is in discussions with investment bankers and regulators as it finalises the structure and timeline of the public issue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zepto had earlier filed confidential IPO papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
