The offer includes a fresh issue of up to 50 lakh shares, along with an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 91 lakh shares by existing shareholders, including the company\u2019s promoters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company plans to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue primarily to meet its working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hindustan Laboratories operates largely under a business-to-government (B2G) model, supplying generic pharmaceutical products to central and state government agencies through public procurement tenders.
