The issue was subscribed 82.60 times overall. The pharmaceutical company, which manufactures sterile liquid products, received 23.35 times subscription in the retail category and 36.41 times from high net-worth individuals. Based in Gujarat with WHO-GMP certification, the company operates across 19 international markets and plans to use proceeds for expanding manufacturing capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Engineering and construction services provider Sugs Lloyd raised \u20b985.66 crore and listed on BSE SME at \u20b9119.90 per share on September 5, trading at a 2.52% discount to its \u20b9117-123 price band.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The packaging company, Vigor Plast India, launched a \u20b925.10 crore IPO with a fresh issue of \u20b920.24 crore and offer for sale of \u20b94.86 crore. The subscription period was September 4-9, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Metal processing company Sharvaya Metals raised \u20b958.80 crore through a \u20b949 crore fresh issue and \u20b99.80 crore offer for sale. The subscription ran from September 4-9, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Goel Construction raised \u20b999.77 crore through \u20b980.81 crore fresh issue and \u20b918.96 crore offer for sale, with shares priced at \u20b9249-262.
