The IPO aims to raise \u20b94,900 crore, including a fresh issue of shares worth \u20b91,279.3 crore and an offer for sale of \u20b93,620.7 crore.<\/p>\n<p>Fractal Analytics provides end-to-end AI solutions for data-driven insights and decision-making. The company serves Fortune 500 clients, including Microsoft, Apple, Nvidia, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, and Tesla, across multiple industries and business functions.<\/p>\n<p>Its portfolio includes brands like Qure.ai, Asper.ai, Cuddle.ai, and Analytics Vidhya, with a global presence in markets including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Fractal plans to utilise the IPO proceeds to invest in its subsidiary Fractal USA, repay borrowings, purchase laptops, set up new offices in India, and fund R&amp;D and marketing under Fractal Alpha.
