Hi Vijay, 2 of your referral accounts were opened this current month. To calculate referral payouts, only the previous month is considered. You can request a withdrawal in the first week of the next month if your referral earnings is more than ₹1000 . More here.

Hey Rakesh, once you confirm and redeem the referral points, it cannot be revoked, or points cannot be refunded back to your account. Explained here.
Hi, if you redeem your points, it means u purchase some things and you have use ur point to activate any scheme related to your account. there is no way to refund your points back to your account.

Hey Ashish, if you have entered your friend’s details on Console, there’s nothing you need to do and the referral will be recorded. However, if you hadn’t entered your friend’s details and he has registered directly on our site, I’m afraid this referral can’t be mapped to you anymore.
The referral details on your app shows the name of the candidate referred by me. But on the same page the referral point credit details, doesn’t have that. Why so even after the account has been activated and trading done for over a lakh of Rupees even ??

Even if you open an account using an affiliate link, your activity isn’t shared with any third-parties. It’s only available to you. Nothing to worry about. 🙂

This isn’t allowed by the exchanges. We used to offer cash incentives for referrals earlier but were asked by the regulators to stop the practice.

Agreed , your payment gateway is faulty. Similar issue faced even by others in support forum. We don’t know when your Payment Gateway will fix these kind of issue. But pl. ask your Payment Gateway provider to STOP raising MISLEADING error messages. Atleast i expect your error messages should be correct. It should rather say “Your payment could not be captured. Please try later. PLEASE CHECK YOUR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IF AMOUNT IS DEBITED OR NOT. If debited, do not try again. If not debited, try again after 1 hour”.
There should be no hesitation in fixing these kinds of issues before aspiring referral customers.

Please STOP this referral program. This will DESTROY Zeroda one day. You will fall in your own trap and join club of Kotak ..etc.
Let me tell you from my experience. I traded 6 Lakhs volume equity in Kotak Securities and sold at 4% spread. Despite that i incurred Loss of 800 rupees. The profit i earned is eaten by my (1)referrer, (2)Trading Software partner pay per trade model,(3) Kotak Securities broker and (4)high taxes (again due to inflated charges of 1 to 3.)
Also if u increase your customer base by means of freebies, then u end up getting 3rd grade amature traders. These novice traders dont know basics like (T+2) and talk ill about Zeroda and put poor ratings in playstore and other review sites. They could ask you to reduce brokerage to Rs 10/- or so. Does these traders deserve Zeroda Discounting Platform? Focus on getting quality real & experienced customers, rather than hard-sold customers like friends, family members etc..
Please focus on continous improving quality which you are already doing of course and do nothing else. In India Customer base increases by “word of mouth”. Currently you have better ratings in “chittorgarh.com” and even in “mouthshut.com”.
I wish Zeroda to grow up silently like some Gmail and Whatsapp.
Rather with those spare funds, introduce a feature like ” Practise Account” aka “Demo Account” aka “Paper trading with virtual 10 Lakhs rupee Credit”. This feature should be present right in regular Production Zeroda App’s Login Screen. E.g Like FXCM.
The moment some experienced trader belonging to other broker say “ICICI DIRECT” attemps to downloads Zeroda app from Playstore/ Appstore to give a “TRY” he should see 3 options in regular prod app..

Even if you still want to go ahead with reward referals subject to exchange approval, this will create insecurity and discouragment to existing Zeroda Traders who do Trades in large Volumes. They would be wondering why referrer would earns “someone else” money for free? And actual trader gets Zero incentive for his Big trades in return. His profit is eaten up by someone else.
I have been reading and researcing stock brokers. Read 100’s of Zeroda reviews from last 4 days. I was impressed and today a while ago, I was about to “Open an Zeroda Account Online” and was pre-checking if Zeroda by chance has this referral-mania scheme or not. And i was utterly disappointed when i came across with this approach.

Sounding like some fradulant “Chain marketing” , ” Networking Marketing” or “MLM Multi Level Marketing” schemes.
Problem with indian companies is that they want to simantaniously travel in 2 different paths ( both angel’s and devil’s path) and benefit from both. Benefit from every popular idea. By the time they realise the shortcomings, it gets too late.
When someone refers you, the referral points are just a token of appreciation for introducing a new customer to us. This is a one-time point credit that can be used to subscribe to our products. There is no ongoing share of brokerage happening. Also, we give 300 points to both, the person referring, and the person opening an account. Your later activity on the platform is yours alone, and the referrer would have nothing to do with it.

I think all the people I had referred to zerodha was because of the zerodha’s uniqueness of sharing the revenue to its members for referring rather than advertising. But then it changed overnight. The 1st one was the passive income generator idea and this one is not that.
Actually, after so many years of experience I know one thing, that the business should do cross selling its best business practise but when its done by force then it back fire…! As it was mentioned in the article that the 1 reward point is equal to 1 rupee… then why you simply not crediting 1 rupee…! because by one way or the other this one rupee will come to eco system of zerodha… directly via trading or investment or via buying action of any value added product…!!

Earlier I had referred few of my friends and they had joined Zerodha and much happy compared to their previous platform.
We used to trade in index option, now a days we face a RMS limit problem to out of the money option where we miss lot of trades, had referred this problem to support team their only answer is to get option close to the spot price, which is usually higher in price, can understand this limit is by exchange to the Zerodha, but have no idea this will be fixed any time soon, couple of my friends had moved out to other broker mainly due to this issue

But suddenly zerodha implemens new rule for teferral and so many glitch on trading platform at my self and my team member stop to work on zerodha. If i again referral starts and make a big team. Hope zerodha suddenly implement ahain new rule thats again make a nad impression on my tram. So good by zerodha referral.

I have always faced issues with the referral programs… It needs multiple follow-up with the backend teams, referrals don’t get contacted for a long time… I have referred 4 of my friends last week, none of them have been contacted yet.. Also raised a support ticket (#20190528620362) and provided the details but no luck as of now !! and this has happened with 90 % of my referrals

Before referring to your trading platform zerodha, we need the graph area to be enlarged, the trading view styles to be updated, it will not save and update our settings completely, we cannot change and save each time. we need you to be again compete with other emerging trading platforms in the market, but onething +ve abt the platform is, its comparatively bit stable.
Hope it will be considered, then I’ll start my trade again in ZERODHA. and then AFTER SATISAFACTION – TRADING IN ZERODHA, ill refer without your points or bonus. When the trading is easy at zerodha comparing to others, we will refer like anything. no bonus required, no manipulation about this reference thing. Its with lot of errors.
