I tried directly to sign up to zerodha online after entering OTP/Email ID, i get error that the email id /Mobile already registered.
When i am trying to open the zerodha account through IDFC First netbanking directly for seamless account opening reason, the error is A lead with the same Product and email id already exists.

Even i faced this issue. Log in to your digilocker profile separately, go to your profile page, check update profile section, there will be a notification to update adhaar. After completing this, try the process, it will work.

Hi Jagdish, unfortunately, we aren’t processing physical documents right now, as our entire staff is working from home under our COVID-19 business continuity plan. You will have to wait until this COVID-19 situation is resolved to courier physical forms to our office. There’s no other way to open an account other than physical forms or Aadhaar based e-sign.

We see your account is opened on the 28th itself, do check your email for a link set up your account. One of our salespeople should call you in a bit to assist on this as well.
You can click on “Forgot Password” on the webpage or App to reset password and you will be able to login. Follow similar steps if you have forgotten the PIN.
Your ID will have been emailed to you at the time of account opening. You can look for it in your inbox. Once you have this, you simply need to go to kite.zerodha.com, click on ‘Forgot password’ and follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password.

Payment of Rs 300 was made for opening the account. Though amount was deducted from bank, message came that failure to capture amount and try again. Therefore payment was done for the second time using another bank. This time it was successfully captured. Now issue is that I have to get back the original 300 rupee paid. Please do the needful.

Hey Ram. You still need to e-sign your account opening documents using Aadhaar to open the account. The payment is only the first step. Head over to signup.zerodha.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Once done, your account should be activated within 48 working hours.

I have faced same issue, your camera is blocked for this site, that’s why you are not able to capture the picture. when you find the capture screen on your system, just go to the lock icon which is present on left side of the URL, click on and go to setting and unblocked the camera, then reset this capture browser page. Then you will jump to the Zerodha home page, again repeat the same process to enter all information. Then you will find the capture option and it will work for sure.

Even i faced this issue. Log in to your digilocker profile separately, go to your profile page, check update profile section, there will be a notification to update adhaar. After completing this, try the process, it will work.

Hi Jagdish, unfortunately, we aren’t processing physical documents right now, as our entire staff is working from home under our COVID-19 business continuity plan. You will have to wait until this COVID-19 situation is resolved to courier physical forms to our office. There’s no other way to open an account other than physical forms or Aadhaar based e-sign.

Looks like you have not completed the sign up procedure, you will have to complete the esign using the portal https://signup.zerodha.com/ Also the bank proof you have attached is invalid, you will have to download a PDF statement which has the bank logo, bank account number, MICR and IFSC .Our sales representative will reach out to you shortly.

I’m in middle of linking Digilocker to my account. I click on the button, a popup comes where I enter my Digilocker credentials, choose the aadhar and clicked on share button. The spinner goes for a while and the page got refreshed and shows the same Digilocker linking page. Thanks in advance.

Hey Priyanka, simply head over to signup.zerodha.com and login using your mobile number and OTP.
I have faced same issue, your camera is blocked for this site, that’s why you are not able to capture the picture. when you find the capture screen on your system, just go to the lock icon which is present on left side of the URL, click on and go to setting and unblocked the camera, then reset this capture browser page. Then you will jump to the Zerodha home page, again repeat the same process to enter all information. Then you will find the capture option and it will work for sure.
