You have two ways to modify 2FA questions.
1. You can go to the login screen on Kite on and choose “Forgot Password”. On the Forgot Password screen, you have an option to enter your Client ID, PAN and email ID. Once this is entered, you can choose “Reset Password” or “Reset Questions”. Each of those options does what you’ve specified.

2. You can simply call our office or send an email to [email protected] requesting for a password and/or 2FA reset.
