Hi,
I am using Windows 7 OS. I am able to install Pi software however when i login it crashed( and windows standard message shows application stopped working).
I had raised ticket and support team tried to analyze, they connected to my desktop 2 to 3 times, and tried several things , however they are still not able to find the solution. It has been more than 2 weeks that I am not able to trade via Pi and have to use kite.
I have sent email twice to resolve this issue. Still not got any answer. client is RP3604.
can you please help to resolve this.?
