Sir, I Am a salary employee
My salary is 5 lac Yearly.I have some question 1.If have 10000 profit in intraday trade .This profit show as other income or business income in which ITR FORM ITR 1 OR ITR 4 TAX SLAB FOR THIS PROFIT. 2.IF I HAVE PROFIT 10000 IN SHORT TERM DELIVERY TRADE SELL SHARE WITHIN ONE YEAR .THIS PROFIT SHOW AS CAPITAL GAIN IN ITR FORM 2 & TAX SLAB 15 % AM I RIGHT.PLEASE GUIDE ME.
