Comment on Zerodha i3 - Execution based Algorithms

Hi,
When i contacted your helpdesk for charting software they informed me that algoz needs to be enabled which they did after a couple of days. (They informed me that algoz is chargeable and I agreed to pay the charges.).But this product does not have any of the standard features listed above like bracket Order, trailing stop , etc. When contacted , the helpdesk informed that these.strategies need to be programmed.
Can you please guide me as to how to proceed ? Thank you
