Your installation files of Pi seems to be corrupt.
Please do the following:
1)Navigate to C:\Zerodha\Pi
2)Double click on Uninstall.bat
3)Reinstall Pi(make sure you have the latest version)
4)After installation from Help->Check for updates to be sure you have the latest version
