Comment on Transfer funds into your trading account

Hi Nitin/ Hanan,

On 30th Jan @ 9:30pm i have transfered online Rs19050/- to my Zerodha account but it is not reflecting into my account. I have dropped an email to [email protected] & fund transfer team with my bank transaction screenshots and today i did receive a response from Rohan that the fund transfer team is looking into it and will get back to me once done, but i have not received a reply from the team yet.

So my question is in a situation like this within how may working days does this ideally gets resolved?

Further as a suggestion it would be good if our team mentions in the email reply the latest date by which the issue gets resolved so we do not need to follow up on it. As you know it is un nerving when your online transfer fails on you.
