Well if you don’t create an Windows or Iphone Application, then u will loose customers since other brokers are providing them.
I have Zerodha account but i am always on the run. i prefer to have a mobile application. I have both iPhone and Windows Phone.
It would be a great help if you can create a Application for at least one of them.
