sir,
i am working in merchant navy.so i wont be able to pay annual maintenance fee at the time.can i pay for 2-3 years upfront.i want to open demat & trading account.i have saving account in sbi.it is good or should i open account in any other bank.i will buy stocks and keep it for minimum 6 months(i’ll be sailing).which is the best option for me.do i need to pay tax for this kind of investment.
