Nest Plus is now paired with NEST so it is a unified system. You will have to also login to Nest Plus at least once… after this, it will never ask you for the password again. The username and password for Nest Plus is usually ZERODHA_CLIENTID (all caps). Please try this and get back to our Support team if you’re still having issues.
