Comment on Taxation for Traders - Introduction

Hello,
1) Day-trading, F&O falls under business, so 30% tax is applied
2)Delivery of stock
a)holding period (0-12)-15% tax
b)(>12 months)-10% tax

Is this correct? or any modifications for tax calculations?
