Total of 4 signatures needed on the PoA form:
Page 1 of PoA: 2 signatures.One across the page and one at the end of the page
Page 2 of PoA: 1 signature.Just sign the first box (You’ll see a Name & Signature option)
Page 3 of PoA: 1 signature.Below the table.
