Comment on Installation - Pi

I can understand SEBI requirement of allowing one account to be logged in from only one place.(PC/mobile/web etc). But how to login from two different accounts on a single PC at the same time? because allowing two different accounts to log on same PC correctly fulfills all SEBI rules.

1. Can we login to same Pi instance from two different accounts at the same time?
2. If not possible then can two different instances of Pi run on same PC?

Please guide me through this as I need to manage two accounts.
