Have you tried Parallels ( http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/) on Mac?. From what I hear, if you install Parallels in your Mac, you can run your Mac, for all practical purposes as a Windows Virtual machine. Technically, you should be able to run Pi on Macs without a problem.
