Hushaam, someone tried calling you. This is what you need to do:
right click on my computer -> properties ( you can find the your system configuration either 32-bit operating system or 64- bit operating system
For 64 – bit operating system
Download repair tool(x64):

1. Download and install.

2. Download and install the Security Update.(NDP45-KB2898869-x86.exe only 11.9 MB )

and also check if any antivirus or firewall is blocking pi , add exclusion to it.
