It seems to me that you’ve got some installation issue with Nest. What you need to do is uninstall this version and install the latest version available on our downloads page. Or you can simply go to

Once you’ve installed the latest version, you need to download the version of Nest Charts from our downloads page, unzip it and paste it in C://Program Files/Omnesys/Nest3.
