Comment on NEST Plus Registration and Installation

I am having problem launching Nestplus.I have the latest version of ZT 3.11.2 and nest plus 2.9.0.0 still I am unable to use Nest plus.sometimes It says — download updates/sometime invalid login Id or password.tried zerodha client Id as password also.Zt hangs often while trying to launch nest plus. i allowed Zt in Antivirus program.can I use zerodha Pi because I think nest plus is not pre enabled for this Zt 3.112.I have used nest starter when i was in ZT 3.1.0.after the update i got the problem.I have also upadatee ZT with the critical update.Kindly help
