Ticket no – #20230323312970 opened on March 23 is still open. It is a straightforward question on margins requied and it seems your RMS tteam is still confused to give a answer. Then how do you expect your customers to understand your policies?

More over your team just replies we are awaiting answer from RMS team and the ticket shows status “Replied” wheras it should be in “Open” status. How can just a “waiting for answer from RMS team count as a reply?
