Comment on Introducing online nomination

Nomination made online for the accounts of my brother, Mother and Sister in law were all rejected,
Status simply says “Rejected” without assigning any reasons. If a line of the reason for rejection is mentioned we will know what it is that we are not doing right

What should I do to know the reason for rejection?
